What To Do In Case of an Emergency

During Business Hours

• Call us immediately and we will provide guidance as to the best course of action
• The Nurse taking your call will generally speak with a Vet and based on the information you have provided and the seriousness of the problem they will advice you on when to bring your pet in. 
• In some critical situations, where it may be in your pet’s best interest, we may refer you directly to the Animal Emergency Centre for immediate, ongoing or specialized care.
