Hospital Wards

Brandon Park Veterinary Hospital is state of the art and equipped with modern hospital wards, ensuring the very best veterinary care for local pets of all shapes and sizes. 

Medical and surgical hospital wards

Brandon Park Veterinary Hospital is very fortunate to have a large amount of space available, allowing for two large wards with purpose built hospital cages. 

Our wards are heated for added patient comfort particularly for our surgical patients where adequate heating greatly improves recovery after anaesthesia. We are also able to separate cats and dogs to help minimize the stress associated with hospital stays.

Isolation ward

For cases where an animal may have a potentially contagious disease, an isolation ward is available to ensure that the affected animal is kept in a clean and sanitary environment whilst most importantly avoiding spread to other animals in the hospital.

We follow strict guidelines that apply to all suspected contagious cases.
