Routine Consultations

Consultations are run by appointment. We will do our best to help you find the most suitable appointment time with appointments ranging from 8.30am until 7pm on weeknights and until 3pm on Saturdays. We are confident our team of experienced and expert vets will help you find the best treatment outcomes for your pet.

During a consultation we can assess your pet’s problem, provide a physical examination and prescribe any medications.

Urgent Or Complex Problems

If you are worried about your pet please do give us a call. Depending on the nature of the concern one of our qualified nursing team will triage the problem and determine the best course of action. Please note that Urgent or complex issues may require extended appointment times. More complex or serious problems may also require further diagnostic testing or admission into hospital for ongoing treatment.

Health Checks

Because pets age so much faster than humans, an annual health check is an important way to identify potential health care concerns early and address them before they become a serious problem.

This is particularly important for our mature and senior pets where twice yearly health checks are recommended. (This is similar to us going to the doctor or the dentist every 3-4 years).

Calm Care Approach

We understand that going to the Vet can be a stressful experience for some pets. Rest assured our years of experience in managing anxious and worried pets helps us ease and minimize any undue stress. We have a range of low stress handling techniques and can also incoorporate calming treatments prior to clinic visits if deeped appropriate.
